Austrian Atrocities

Less than half turned out to vote?

"Austrian president easily wins reelection" by Associated Press | April 26, 2010

VIENNA — Austria’s president easily secured a second term yesterday, deflecting a challenge by a far-right politician who had criticized the country’s anti-Nazi law.

You know, I'm just sick of hearing about long-dead losers that no one loves anymore. Quit waving that ancient bloody shirt at us because it just gets us angry now.

Incumbent Heinz Fischer, a Social Democrat, won 78.9 percent of the vote, trouncing his main rival, Barbara Rosenkranz of the antiforeigner and anti-European Union Freedom Party, who netted 15.6 percent. Rudolf Gehring of the tiny Austrian Christian Party trailed with 5.4 percent....

That's not antiforeigner, though.

The turnout was 49.2 percent.

A different sort of (no confidence) vote.

“I am extremely happy and thank the Austrian population for having so much confidence in me,’’ Fischer said in an initial reaction broadcast live on TV. Rosenkranz said she and her family had been victims of a “witch hunt.’’ “It really wasn’t a fair election campaign — I think everyone saw that,’’ she said as her supporters cheered.

They never are (unless they are held in Palestine and Iran for some reason).

Polls showed Fischer would win another six-year term, and the vote was being watched as a measure of far-right sentiment in a country at times still marred by its connection to the Holocaust.

Sigh.

Well, I guess there AIN'T MUCH OUT THERE, huh?

All I want is to STOP HEARING ABOUT IT when we have ONGOING HOLOCAUSTS OCCURRING RIGHT NOW that remain uncovered or distorted by the MSM press!

VIENNA — Iran’s push to avoid new UN sanctions appeared to make little headway yesterday with Austria, with the Security Council member saying the onus was on Tehran....

Austria and other nonpermanent members of the 15-nation UN Security Council are the targets of a diplomatic offensive by Tehran designed to stave off a US-supported push for a fourth set of Security Council sanctions....

The Vienna visit of Manouchehr Mottaki, Iran’s foreign minister, followed a trip by Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Iran’s president, to Uganda, another nonpermanent member....

All these things that either get one line or no mention in my newspaper.

I would RATHER READ about Ahmadinejad's visit to Uganda than some Nazi s*** from the past!

Pfft!

Yeah, see what I mean?

Mottaki, speaking to reporters in Vienna, said “the talk of sanctions is unjust,’’ and insisting his country had broken no international laws.

Sadly for you, manipulated Amurkns, the evil Iranian IS 100% RIGHT!!

THEY SIGNED the NPT and they are ONLY BUILDING a POWER PLANT, sorry!

NO LYING US INTO WAR THIS TIME, MSM!!!!

And you can FORGET ABOUT ANOTHER FALSE-FLAG ATTACK!

That ain't gonna fly this time, either!!!

Yoweri Museveni, Uganda’s president, had been noncommittal, telling reporters his country would decide on its position after consulting other African nations.

Has to walk a tightrope; you do not want to incur the further wrath of USrael.

Foreign Minister Michael Spindelegger of Austria was blunter, saying only cooperation by Iran could derail the push for sanctions. “We want a clear change of course by Iran,’’ he said. “We want guarantees that Iran’s nuclear program is meant exclusively for peaceful purposes. It is up to Iran to restore international trust.’’

They are DOING ALL THEY CAN and USrael STILL SAYS NO!

Austria is an EU member, and Spindelegger’s comments appeared to mirror the European stance.

SEE WHO he is SPEAKING FOR?

The EU backs new sanctions if Iran continues to flout Security Council resolutions demanding it curb nuclear programs that could be used to make a bomb.

Of course, ISRAEL can THUMB THEIR NOSES at them for DECADES and.... SILENCE!!!!

Spindelegger said he had consulted with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton by telephone before the talks with his Iranian counterpart and had brought some issues to the table on the basis of that conversation.

Got his MARCHING INSTRUCTIONS according to the Israeli intermediary, 'eh?

Mottaki dismissed the demand that Tehran needed to compromise.

“It is time for the other side to take their steps to have our trust and build confidence for the Iranian side,’’ he said.

Well, YOU HAVE ONE OPEN-MINDED and HONEST American that does SEE YOUR POINT, sir.

I'm sorry my government is such a servile shit of Israel.
