Bachmann Bends Over For Israel

Must want to be president.

"Bachmann woos veterans in N.H. swing; Tea Party hero still weighing presidential bid" by Shira Schoenberg, Globe Correspondent / May 31, 2011

DOVER, N.H. — Representative Michele Bachmann’s only foray into foreign policy came during a question-and-answer session in Franklin. Asked about the Middle East, Bachmann stressed her support for Israel and opposition to President Obama’s position that Israel must return to its pre-1967 borders. “Israel could not survive if the president got his way,’’ Bachmann said.

She may be dumb, but she ain't stoo-pid.   She knows whose who you have to pucker up to to be president.

Bachmann said the biggest danger in the Middle East is Iran, under President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, getting nuclear weapons. Ahmadinejad has said he wants to destroy Israel. “When you have madmen like Hitler you listen to them. . . . They usually tip their hand,’’ Bachmann said. “We have a madman in Ahmadinejad.’’

That's not the way he has been portrayed in my AmeriKan media.

And now he might even be a U.S. spy?

Ahmadinejad the Moderate

Maybe the Zionist war machine ought to lay off for a while.

Bachmann criticized Obama for using military force against Muammar Khadafy in Libya. “Khadafy posed no threat to us, didn’t attack us, nor is there any vital US interest in Libya,’’ she said. “For a dictator, he was fairly benign.’’

She is not winning me over just because she is against the Libyan extension of the war.

Looks like Israel must be trying to hang on to the dictator.

The devil you know, right?

Apparently, Ron Paul doesn't even exist to the Boston Globe.

Looks like it will be Paul in the primary, Nader in the general again.
