Israel Intends to Seize Sinai Again

And the gateway is Gaza:

"Tawhid and Jihad is a shadowy radical Islamic group in Gaza that is believed to be inspired by the ideology of Al Qaeda....

Excuse me, readers, but that word always makes me take a crap now.

Israeli security officials have expressed increasing alarm about what they describe as the operations of radical Islamic groups in the Sinai Peninsula and their possible links with Gaza."

Well, the enemy of my enemy, right?

Hamas, Son of Israel

Israel's Dirty Secret

Huh?

"Militants’ incursion into Israel from Egypt launches more bloodshed" Associated Press, June 19, 2012

JERUSALEM - Militants crossed from Egypt’s turbulent Sinai desert into southern Israel Monday and opened fire, killing an Israeli worker, defense officials said. Two assailants were shot dead in a gun battle with Israeli troops responding to the ambush.

The Israeli was in a crew building a fence along the porous desert border.

No group claimed responsibility for the attack, which underscored the growing lawlessness in the Sinai desert since Egypt’s longtime president Hosni Mubarak was toppled by a popular uprising last year.
A military spokeswoman, Lieutenant Colonel Avital Leibovich, said the assailants have not been identified but defense officials suspect Palestinian militants in the Hamas-run Gaza Strip might have been involved. Southern Gaza borders Sinai, and infiltrators can exit Gaza through tunnels under the border.

Several hours after the attack, an Israeli airstrike killed two men on a motorcycle in the northern Gaza Strip near the Israeli border. The Islamic Jihad said the men were members on a reconnaissance mission and vowed revenge.

Hours later, another airstrike killed two more. The Israeli military said the target was a squad of Palestinian rocket launchers.

Israeli military officials said those attacks were not connected to the infiltration from Egypt.

The mountainous Sinai desert harbors an array of militant groups, including Palestinian extremists and Al Qaeda-inspired jihadists, Egyptian and Israeli security officials say. Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak told Army Radio that there has been “a worrisome deterioration of Egyptian control’’ over the Sinai.

Sorry, but every time I see that word in my media now I have to use the toilet

Hamas fires rocket barrage into Israel

Are you sure it was them (as the Zionist mouthpiece blames the victim for the death of a 2-year-old. Btw, how big a threat can Palestinians be if their rockets fall back and kill themselves?)?

Israeli strike kills suspect in ambush from Egypt

"Israelis say strike killed Gaza militant" by Isabel Kershner  |  New York Times     June 21, 2012

Is that the same "Isabel Kershner who "is an Israeli citizen.... possible family ties to the Israeli military?  One of the tough guys of the AmeriKan MSM?

Yes, 'tis.

JERUSALEM — The military wing of Hamas, the Islamic group that governs Gaza, announced late Wednesday that it was committed to an Egyptian-brokered cease-fire to end three days of fighting with Israel.

The Hamas wing, the Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades, said on its website that it and the other militant groups in Gaza were responding to ‘‘Egyptian efforts to try and stop the aggression against our people.’’ Hamas had joined in the latest round of fighting after a break of more than a year during which the group largely adhered to an informal cease-fire, and the new violence had raised fears of a broader conflict with Israel.

And what did a unilateral truce get them? Nothing. Not a damn thing.

But the confrontation remained relatively contained, with the Gaza groups firing mostly short-range rockets that did not reach southern Israel’s major cities.

A hallmark of false flag! Got a bunch of Zionist zettlers wandering out into the desert and popping off a few rockets.

The Qassam Brigades said that it had kept the ‘‘confrontation in this round with the Zionist enemy at the minimal level of fire,’’ and that it was meant as a message to the Israeli leaders.

Uh-huh.

There was no immediate comment from Israel, but in past rounds, Israeli officials have said they would judge the militant groups by their deeds and that Israel would respond to quiet with quiet.

Over three days, Israel has carried out at least 15 airstrikes against militant squads and sites in Gaza.

Medical officials in Gaza said Moumen al-Adam, 14, was killed Wednesday and his father seriously injured in an Israeli airstrike in southern Gaza City. The Israeli military had no comment. At least seven other Palestinians were killed in the three days of fighting, most of them said to be militants.

Said by who?

Earlier Wednesday, the Israeli military killed a Palestinian man it said was involved in an attack from the Egyptian Sinai that killed an Israeli construction worker. Another man who the military said played a central role in that attack, which occurred Monday, was severely wounded, the military said in a statement.

They are pretty good at that.

"Israel says Gaza militant killed in airstrike" by Ian Deitch  |  Associated Press, June 23, 2012

JERUSALEM — An Israeli airstrike killed a Gaza militant Friday as he was preparing to launch rockets, Israel’s military said, the latest casualty in a weeklong exchange of cross-border attacks.

See?

Violence erupted Monday when two gunmen infiltrated into Israel from Egypt’s Sinai peninsula and killed an Israeli Arab construction worker who was on a crew building a security fence meant to avert such attacks.

Wait a minute. The ISLAMIC TERRORISTS KILLED an Israeli ARAB?!!!!

A little known Al Qaeda-inspired group, the Mujahedeen Shura Council of Jerusalem, claimed responsibility and identified the gunmen as an Egyptian and a Saudi.

Now I have to use the toilet again.

Since then, Palestinian militants in Gaza have, according to the Israeli military’s count, fired about 130 rockets at Israel, injuring several people, spreading panic, and damaging apartment buildings. Israeli retaliatory airstrikes on Gaza militant targets have killed at least six Palestinians.

Yes, it is ALWAYS POOW WIDDLE ISWAEL under threat in my Zionist prism called a paper!!

Gaza health official Ashraf Al Kedra confirmed a death and an injury from the Friday strike.

No militant group claimed the dead man as a member.

Intelligence agencies never do.

Witnesses said that the mourning at his funeral later in the day — the black flag on the coffin and the absence of any chants connected to other factions — indicated that he belonged to an ultraconservative Salafi group inspired by Al Qaeda.

 Pfft.

"Hamas vows more airstrikes on Israel" by Ian Deitch  |  Associated Press, June 24, 2012

The first thing that strikes you is the deceptive headline. Hamas isn't conducting air strikes, Israel is -- although I guess I really shouldn't expect anything else from the pos AmeriKan media.

JERUSALEM — Gaza’s militant Hamas rulers threatened Saturday to escalate fighting with Israel after airstrikes killed several gunmen in the coastal territory, and Palestinian rocket attacks on Israel wounded one person and damaged an elementary school in the country’s south.

There are periodic exchanges of strikes between Gaza and Israel, but this flare-up is the most serious in months. It started with an attack by a little known Al Qaeda-inspired Palestinian militant group but has extended to drag in Hamas.

And CUI BONO?

Hamas has largely stayed out of direct confrontation with Israel since a war more than three years ago, although other factions have launched cross-border attacks.

I don't even consider it a war back in 2008. It was a war criminal action by Israel, period.

Gaza militants fired more than 30 rockets and mortar shells on Saturday alone, bringing the week’s rocket tally to more than 150, according to the Israeli military.

Over a million people in southern Israel live in range of the rockets, and the Israeli military has advised the residents to make sure they can get to a bomb shelter quickly.

Those million people all living on land stolen from Palestinians, something especially true of its outcropping settlement cities.

An Egyptian official in Ramallah said that he is trying to broker a cease-fire between the Palestinian militant groups and Israel. He said he hoped calm would be restored by late Saturday. Egypt traditionally plays a mediating role between the sides.

The official spoke on condition of anonymity because negotiations were ongoing. There was no comment from either the Palestinian or Israeli side on the Egyptian efforts.

A previous cease-fire reached late Tuesday did not hold long.

The military chief of staff , Lieutenant General Benny Gantz, convened ‘‘an urgent meeting’’ to discuss ways of dealing with a week of persistent Palestinian attacks, a spokesman said, while Defense Minister Ehud Barak consulted with senior officials Saturday evening.

There was no official statement afterward, but the Israeli news media reported that the decision was made ‘‘to meet fire with fire and quiet with quiet.’’

And let the slaughter resume.

I swear that every couple of years the rabid dog (with apologies to rabid dogs) that is Israel must draw Arab or Muslim blood. We had Lebanon in '06, Gaza in '08 (and sipping on it before and since), and now Israel seems to suffering withdrawals as it goes after the pitcher: Iran.

Israel’s military said it carried out a series of airstrikes Saturday in response to the rockets. At least four militants were killed, and more than 20 Palestinians, both combatants and civilians, were injured, according to Gaza health official Ashraf Al Kedra.

Hamas’s military wing, the Izzedine al-Qassam Brigades, vowed to escalate the fighting.

‘‘If the last rounds were not enough to deliver the message . . . we are ready to crush the enemy and to curb its arrogance and to respond to aggression in a strong way,’’ the group said Saturday afternoon.

What's with the different spelling?

A few hours later an Israeli airstrike killed a Gaza militant riding a scooter. The Popular Resistance Committees, a Hamas-allied militant group that often fires rockets at Israel, said he was a member. Witnesses said the force of the explosion caused a wall of a nearby building to collapse, injuring several people. The Israeli military said they targeted the militant as he was preparing to launch rockets.

In an earlier attack the same day, an Israeli airstrike killed a Palestinian militant as he rode his motorcycle in Gaza. Several buildings used by Hamas, which rules the coastal territory, were also damaged.

The Israeli military said it hit ‘‘terror sites’’ and that it holds Hamas accountable for any attacks originating from the Gaza Strip.

And I will thus hold Israel responsible for any and all conduct of her Zionist zettlers.

Also, an Israeli was seriously wounded when a Gaza rocket smashed through a factory roof. Rockets from Gaza also hit a school in the Israeli border town of Sderot.

When Israeli missiles land in Gaza it's just buildings.

The school was closed for the weekend, so no one was hurt, but the building was damaged. Several other Israelis were injured in Palestinian rocket attacks this past week.

HMMMMMMMMMMM!!

The spike in violence began Monday when two gunmen infiltrated into Israel along its border with Egypt’s Sinai peninsula and killed an Israeli Arab construction worker who was part of a crew building a border security fence meant to avert such attacks.

Later, a little known Al Qaeda-inspired group, the Mujahedeen Shura Council of Jerusalem, claimed responsibility for the attack and identified the gunmen as an Egyptian and a Saudi.

No names?

Man, the stench is enough to make you out cry.

Since then, Gaza gunmen have fired barrages of rockets and mortar rounds at Israel, wounding several Israelis and damaging apartment buildings. Israel has carried out airstrikes on militant targets that killed at least 12 Palestinians and wounded dozens so far.

But left the buildings intact, right?

Meanwhile, a Gaza health official said a boy was killed in a playground during an airstrike Saturday in Khan Younis.

Must have been a Hamas playground.

The Israeli military said it had not attacked that area. Lieutenant Colonel Avital Leibovich later called the allegation a ‘‘false rumor’’ and said that according to intelligence information, the boy was killed by ‘‘ordnance belonging to one of the terror groups.’’ Palestinian rockets often misfire and explode inside Gaza.

Really, the f***ing chutzpah is unbelievable.
