Globe Fogging Up FBI Shooting in Florida

Must be the marijuana smoke.

What I logged and reported last night:

"FBI agent kills man after questioning in Waltham murders" by Maria Sacchetti, Michael Rezendes, Wesley Lowery, Maria Cramer and John R. Ellement  |  Globe Staff, May 22, 2013

A Chechen man with ties to Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev was shot and killed by an FBI agent in Orlando while he was being questioned about his possible involvement in an unsolved triple homicide in Waltham, according to two law enforcement officials with knowledge of the investigation.

Related:

"The FBI had already questioned this man, then went back to question him again AT MIDNIGHT? And the witness, who supposedly had gone through all prior questionings without a problem, suddenly attacks the FBI agent requiring the agent to shoot and kill him?" -- WhatReallyHappened

Translation: He was murdered. And what is with the initial disinformation with the report, and why and how did the Globe initially pick it up?

Once again, we see staged and scripted s*** being passed on to news organizations.

The FBI announced that the person shot and killed early today was Ibragim Todashev, 27.

Two Massachusetts State Police troopers were also participating in questioning Todashev “in connection with the Boston Marathon bombing investigation” at the time of the fatal shooting, the FBI said. State Police spokesman David Procopio had no comment.

Todashev was a suspect in the 2011 triple slaying in Waltham, a crime that authorities now suspect may have also been committed by Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the two law enforcement officials said.

Good way of closing the case.

The Waltham victims’ throats were slashed and marijuana was sprinkled over their bodies when they were slain on Sept. 11, 2011. The officials said authorities had questioned Todashev about the killings during a series of interviews in recent days. “Both Tsarnaev and Todashev were suspects in the murders,’’ one of the officials said.

Todashev attacked the officers in Florida today with a knife, according to two other sources with knowledge of the investigation. One of those sources said Todashev had implicated himself in the triple homicide.

When was this?

Tamerlan Tsarnaev was a close friend of one of the Waltham victims, Brendan H. Mess. 25. Also killed were Rafael M. Teken, 37, and Erik Weissman, 31.

I will deal with this below.

The Globe has reported that after the Marathon bombing attacks, authorities began probing Tsarnaev’s alleged role in the Waltham killings.

Todashev, like Tsarnaev and Mess, was a mixed martial arts fighter, according to acquaintances and public records.

Todashev came to America from Russia several years ago to study under a J-1 visa, which is designed to promote cultural exchange by granting foreigners temporary permission to study or work in the United States, according to several law enforcement officials with knowledge of his background.

Okay, that does it! It is CRIMINAL if they do not STOP the IMMIGRATION BILL!

And those UMass-Dartmouth kids are still in jail cells, right? All but forgotten.

According to the State Department’s website, J-1 visas aim to foster “global understanding” through cultural and educational exchanges. More than 170,000 foreigners work, teach, or study in the United States every month through the program.

Look, I'm sure it was a well-intentioned idea; however, WE ARE LIVING in an AGE of TERROR!

However, in 2008, the US government granted Todashev asylum, a protection granted to foreigners with a credible fear for their safety in their homelands because of religious, political, or other forms of persecution.

Oh, wow, THIS GUY was an INTELLIGENCE ASSET!

Todashev obtained a green card in February, making him a legal permanent resident and clearing the way for him to apply for US citizenship in a few years if he remained in good standing, according to the officials.

Need I even type it?

In March, Todashev was issued a Florida driver’s license. He reported living in Kissimmee, Fla.. He had no blemishes on his Florida driving record. He was issued a Massachusetts driver’s license in 2008. His record includes citations for speeding, failing to stop for police, and failing to keep to the right.

Todashev fought as a lightweight mixed martial artist in Florida and was quick to tangle with others he disagreed with, according to public records and some who knew him.

On May 4, Todashev was arrested in Orlando after a heated dispute over a mall parking space with a father and his adult son ended with the son lying in a pool of blood, his teeth loosened by the blows Todashev delivered, according to a police report.

And in Feburary 2010, police had to wrestle the wiry young man to the ground when they were forced to step in between him and another driver following a crash in Boston’s Downtown Crossing.

Mike Lee, co-owner of The Jungle, an Orlando gym, said today that Todashev had belonged to the gym about a year and a half ago.

“He was entirely unmemorable,” he said.

Lee said Todashev didn’t use the gym’s coaches or banner for his fights, just the equipment. Lee believes Todashev had paid the gym membership in full and had no outstanding bills.

Todashev was not considered to be a suspect in the Marathon bombings allegedly committed by Tamerlan Tsarnaev and his younger brother, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who is in federal custody and is facing possible death sentence....

According to the FBI and local news accounts, the fatal shooting of Todashev happened in an apartment on Peregrine Avenue in Orlando.

“The agent along with two Massachusetts State Police troopers and other law enforcement personnel were interviewing an individual in connection with the Boston Marathon bombing investigation when a violent confrontation was initiated by the individual,’’ the FBI said in a summary of the incident released around 10:30 a.m.

“During the confrontation, the individual was killed and the agent sustained non-life threatening injuries,’’ the FBI said. “As this incident is under review, we have no further details at this time.”

Khusen Taramov, a friend of Todashev, told WESH-TV in Orlando that both he and Todashev were questioned about his ties to Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who was killed after a shootout in Watertown with police on April 19.

The FBI said today that a Washington-based deadly force investigative team was being sent to Orlando to investigate the shooting on Peregrine Avenue.

Taramov said he was released by the FBI, but Todashev was still being questioned by the agents.

Taramov said Todashev met Tsarnaev when both lived in Massachusetts, and that the two men spoke with each other “months before” the Marathon bombings.

Taramov said his friend was not close to Tsarnaev. “They were not best friends,’’ Taramov told the Orlando station.

Taramov insisted that Todashev was not a radicalized Muslim, and that he had no role in, nor did he know anything about, the Marathon terrorist attack.

“He was not a radical. He was a Muslim,’’ Taramov said. “I’m a Muslim. That’s it. ... He never had a gun. ... He was shocked’’ by the attacks.

Taramov said Todashev was worried about the direction of the questioning by the FBI agents, that he was going to be “set up’’ by the law enforcement agency.

“He had a bad feeling,’’ said Taramov, who quoted Todashev as telling him that the FBI was “making up this crazy stuff’’ that there was a connection between the terror suspect and him.

It's called FRAMING!

Taramov said that Tsarnaev and Todashev spoke recently, likely via Skype, but had only limited contact with each other since Todashev had moved to Florida.

FLASHBACK:

Must be the marijuana.

"Link sought between brother, 3 Waltham killings" by Michael Rezendes and Bob Hohler  |  Globe Staff, April 22, 2013

It was one of the most gruesome killings in Greater Boston in many years: three young men found with their throats slit inside a Waltham apartment on a quiet residential street, their bodies sprinkled with marijuana.

And the brother was pothead, so now there are links between marijuana and terrorism? And I'm starting a 4/20 series as well as covering the ma$$ive propaganda operation in Boston? You guys must be reading me! That explains the spike upward in hits.

And are you sure it wasn't prescription pharmaceutical-type killing?

Now, police and prosecutors are stepping up their investigation into the unsolved 2011 triple homicide at the request of victims’ relatives who believe that suspected Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev may have played a role, noting that Tsarnaev had been close friends with one of the dead men.

Translation: they are going to hang these murders on the necks of a dead guy and hospitalized patsy. How much bet the kid will sign a confession to this -- if he lives?

What is more, the grieving relatives say the killings took place on a highly symbolic date for Islamic extremists: the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

Wow, a HUGE, STEAMING STINKER of a SHIT PILE JUST LANDED on my desk!!!

“We’re eager to pursue any new leads or information,” said Stephanie Guyotte, spokeswoman for the Middlesex district attorney’s office. “It has been reported that [Tamerlan Tsarnaev] knew one of the deceased victims. It remains an open investigation.”

The death certificates of two of the victims — Brendan H. Mess, 25, and Rafael M. Teken, 37 — say they were killed on Sept. 12, the day that Mess’s girlfriend reportedly discovered the bodies of the three victims and ran screaming from the two-family house where they had gathered.

But a relative of one of the victims told the Globe he is certain they were killed on the evening of Sept. 11, because he was texting one of them about a Sunday night football game between the New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys when communication suddenly stopped, at about 8:15 that evening.

It's shameless. With every paragraph the most ludicrous, agenda-pushing connections are made in a ma$$ive, mind-manipulating brain f***.

He also said that, after speaking with relatives and friends of the other two victims, he concluded that communication with all of the victims was shut down at about the same time.

“The three of them were definitely killed on Sept. 11,” the relative said....

If any of this is even real. We have no reason to believe any of this.

The relative asked for anonymity because other family members agreed they would not speak to the news media, pending the outcome of their recent communication with authorities.

The Globe reported Saturday that Tamerlan Tsarnaev knew Mess well....

But another friend of Mess said Tsarnaev did not attend Mess’s funeral.

I'm tired of seeing words like but and still in my newspaper "reports."

“If they were best friends, you would think [Tamerlan] would have been absolutely devastated and would have reached out to someone,” said the friend of Mess, who asked not to be identified for fear of retaliation. “That confirms my suspicions that something was up.’’

Records reviewed by the Globe show....

Dismissed.

People who knew Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who died at 26 years of age in a firefight with police last week, say that he turned to radical Islam a year or two before the Waltham slayings, growing a long beard, adopting Islamic dress, and apparently posting extremist videos on YouTube.

Then it was either an impersonator and fake (like all the Lee Harvey sightings), or this is a lie because all the photos we have seen may be of an unshaven kid, but no long beard. Oh, right, he shaved for the race, yeap.

UPDATE: Boston Bomber's Last message on Facebook to his Father - This will be the last message before the police will get me. I never done it, they set me up.I am sorry it has come to this

In 2011, FBI agents questioned Tsarnaev after his native Russia raised concerns about his possible extremism.

But they came up with nothing, no links, blah, blah, blah. Translation: he made the payroll -- but they misspelled his name on the checks.

In addition, within months of the triple homicide, in early 2012, In 2011, FBI agents questioned Tsarnaev went to Russia for six months, visiting family members in Dagestan, which borders the Tsarnaevs’ ancestral homeland of Chechnya, a region with a history of violent Islamic rebellion.

Yeah, so?

In light of the bombings on Marathon Monday, the Waltham homicide victim’s relative said, he and other victims’ relatives believe that Tsarnaev’s younger brother, Dzhokhar, the second suspected Marathon bomber, might also have played a role in the homicides because of the difficulty that one killer would face subduing the three victims, at least two of whom were in good physical condition.

Police never identified any suspects in the case, but the person or persons who committed the slayings had to be strong and highly skilled.

Who writes this stuff for you guys?

On the death certificates, Mess is listed as a martial arts instructor and is known to have trained at the same gym as Tsarnaev, Wai Kru Mixed Martial Arts, in Allston. Teken is listed as a personal trainer. The Globe was unable to obtain the death certificate for the third victim, 31-year-old Erik Weissman.

WHAT?!!!

I know it was guns there; however, once again a Mossad agent quietly slips away?

In addition to the marijuana and $5,000 found at the crime scene, Weissman’s past may have pointed investigators to drugs as a motive. In 2008, Weissman was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, according to a police report.

And there is the pot connection, planted by a Jew who has no death certificate. That's my lead suspect. Who do you think sprinkled around the pot?

Whatever the reason for the killings, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, an accomplished amateur heavy-weight boxer, certainly had the physical strength to carry out a brutal attack....

Oh, there is ANOTHER WONDERFUL QUALIFIER and TOPIC CHANGER I love to see it -- and maybe the worst one of all.

Yeah, WHATEVER, Boston Glob!!!!!

Yeah, WHATEVER!

And Tsarnaev had already demonstrated a violent streak outside of the ring: In 2009, he was charged with domestic violence after admitting to police that he had slapped a former girlfriend, who then called police in hysterics.

Can we hear the tape of the call then? We can't see the video, blah, blah, blah. But the horse s*** statements of AmeriKa's ma$$ media.

The charge was later dismissed after a jury trial.

Translation: He was ACQUITTED and FOUND INNOCENT -- if it EVER EVEN HAPPENED AT ALL because there is probably NO RECORD of such a think. But that hardly matters in the slop-shit bu$ine$$ of "reporting?"

Just another woman-beating, blood-drinking, Mooslim turrurists, huh?

Younger brother Dzhokhar, meanwhile, had been captain of the Cambridge Rindge and Latin wrestling team and was also known as an adept boxer, according to Zolan V. Kanno-Youngs, a neighbor, friend, and former classmate.

Another made up person or convenient actor? Or is it "real?"

And during the months before the killings, it is clear that Tsarnaev had become increasingly radicalized in his religious and political beliefs.

Is it?

Maret Tsarnaeva, Tsarnaev’s aunt, told reporters at a news conference that her nephew went from praying no more than once a day to praying five times a day.

Haven't seen much about the family in the Globe, other than CIA agent uncle.

Related:

"His mother, Zubeidat Tsarnaev, told journalists on Monday that the suspects’ father plans to fly to the United States on Wednesday. She said the family would try to bring the body of their elder son back to Russia. ‘‘I want normal justice,’’ Anzor Tsarnaev said over the weekend. ‘‘I have many questions for the police. You know, I am a lawyer myself and I want to clear up many things. . . . I want justice and the truth.’’.... Their father, Anzor Tsarnaev, said he will return to the United States this week to seek ‘‘justice and the truth.’’"

I wish you the best, but you might want to stay home. Who knows what the authorities over here will do to you? Accidents, heart attacks, poisoned food and water, who knows? Put nothing past them. Nothing.

This from a family friend:

"We’re sure it was with the best intentions that Amanda Palmer (right) posted “A Poem for Dzhokhar” on her website. But the response to the poem — a list of things Dzhokhar Tsarnaev , the 19-year-old accused Marathon bomber, likely doesn’t know — has been downright nasty. Gawker.com, for example, called it “the worst poem of all time,” adding: “It’s bad writing, it’s bad timing, it’s bad ideas; it’s inane and self-serving, and adds nothing to our understanding of the marathon bombing.” (Here are the first several lines of the poem: “you don’t know how it felt to be in the womb but it must have been at least a little warmer than this/ you don’t know how intimately they’re recording your every move on closed-circuit cameras until you see your face reflected back at you through through the pulp/ you don’t know how to stop picking at your fingers/ you don’t know how little you’ve been paying attention until you look down at your legs again. . .”) Salon.com didn’t object to the poem itself but to Palmer’s “determined haughtiness” when it was criticized. “Taking a tragedy and swiftly making it all about yourself is never pretty — and it isn’t art,” wrote Salon.com’s Mary Elizabeth Williams. Palmer, who has over 866,000 followers on Twitter, seemed surprised by the response, tweeting: “ahhh, it’s been a long time on since internet trolls yelled at me that i was a slut, a talentless whore and a hippy!!! welcome, friends!!” She also encouraged people to revisit the poem: “now that everybody’s panties are in a twist, i’d like to say: the poem is actually about more than you think it is. read it again.” If you get to the end, you’ll see Palmer links to The One Fund, which helps those affected by the Marathon bombings."

She on drugs?

And a neighbor and family friend in Cambridge said Tsarnaev had become a devout Muslim within the past few years.

Sure turned away from the family quick.

“He started talking about religion,” said the family friend, who asked not to be identified. “He grew a long beard.”

When the friend joked about the beard, he said, Tamerlan became upset, asking, “Why are you making fun of my religion?”

It appears that Tsarnaev also toyed with extremism online. A YouTube account created in Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s name in August 2012 includes a video dedicated to the prophecy of the Black Banners of Khurasan, which is apparently embraced by Islamic extremists.

The relative of the Waltham homicide victim interviewed by the Globe said he and others hope their recent appeal to police about Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s possible role in the killings will lead to a conclusion of the case.

What I woke up to today:

"Tsarnaev ally killed by FBI agent in Florida" by Mark Arsenault, Maria Cramer, Wesley Lowery and Michael Rezendes  |  Globe Staff, May 22, 2013

ORLANDO — Since the early days of the investigation into the Boston Marathon bombings, FBI agents have quietly scrutinized Ibragim Todashev, a professional mixed martial arts fighter with a violent record and a friendship with alleged bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev.

But the scrutiny ended in bloodshed in an apartment complex near Universal Studios early Tuesday morning, where Todashev was shot and killed by an FBI agent after he allegedly attacked the agent in the middle of an interrogation.

During the questioning, Todashev acknowledged a role in an unsolved triple murder in Waltham, a brutal crime that law enforcement officials now suspect may also have involved Tsarnaev, said several officials with knowledge of the encounter. The interview with Todashev became heated and he lunged at the interrogator with a blade, the officials said. The FBI agent sustained “nonlife-threatening injuries,’’ the bureau said in a statement.

They wanted him to sign a statement of confession when he was innocent.

No FBI recording of the interview, 'eh? Just gotta take their word for it?

The bizarre turn capped weeks of investigator focus on Todashev, a Chechen native who lived until recently in Allston and Cambridge....

Related: [Here we have a joint psyop, carried-out by unidentified international elements, with the clear intention of painting "Chechnya/Caucasus" as the next "Al-Qaeda" outpost.  In Moscow, the Russian FSB claimed to have disrupted a Chechen terror plot by individuals who had recently arrived from the "Afghan-Pakistan region," where they had allegedly trained for this plot.  On the same day, in Afghanistan's Helmand Province, another bit of psychological warfare concerning itinerent Chechens was delivered to the unsuspecting American masses and to the general world audience.

According to an Helmand Provincial spokesman and an alleged "Taliban spokesman" (some unknown quantity named Qari Yusuf Ahmadi who is the favorite pseudo-Taliban "spokesman" for Al-Jazeera and CNN.), while the attacks were unfolding in Russia, Helmand was allegedly, simultaneously, being overrun by "1,000 attackers," many of which were reported as Chechens and Arabs (i.e., "Al-CIA-da"). Two unrelated attacks in one day, both of which accentuated the dangers of Chechen "Al-Qaeda."  What are the odds of that?  A billion to one?

American and ISAF spokesmen are squirming on their hotseats, trying to disavow knowledge of any Taliban offensive, claiming that any attack that size would have automatically generated a call for air support.  Coalition spokesman Col. Thomas Collins described the incident as--

"Ten groups of between 8 and 10 Taliban fighters...doing drive-by shootings against five police checkpoints."---Coalition Plays Down Afghan Reports of Major Battle in Helmand

All of this circumstantial evidence that "Chechens are the new Al-Qaeda" comes after America has suddenly been sensitized to the Chechen danger because of the Boston bombing, which allegedly implicated Russian immigrants, Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev.  Not yet fully understanding the purpose of this latest psyop tangent, we must throw into the mix the arrest and deportation of the alleged CIA spy, Ryan Fogle, who was reportedly trying to bribe FSB specialists on the region, hoping to turn them into CIA moles.

Coincidence?   The dangerous, imaginary connections linking militant training camps in FATA, Chechen terrorists, Russia and the Marathon bombing suddenly popping-up as Obama is desperately looking to Central Asia, trying to find a reason to make it the next major conflict zone for his perpetual war.

This is Obama, Putin, Karzai and the Taliban all working together, as one unit.

Watch Putin to see how all of this is going to play-out.] -- Chechens To Be Next “Al-CIA-da”—Major Propaganda Offensive Underway

Friends of Todashev told the Orlando Sentinel that the 27-year-old had been questioned repeatedly by the FBI before the fatal encounter.

He wouldn't sign the statement, so they killed him.

In Massachusetts, meanwhile, a resident of the two-unit house on Gordon Street in Allston where Todashev once lived said FBI agents came looking for him three days after Tsarnaev died in an April 19 shoot-out with police in Watertown.

Paige Steinberg, who lives in the first-floor apartment, said the agents showed her his picture.

“ ‘Have you seen him? Do you know if he lived here?’ ” she remembered them asking. The agents would come by again several more times in the next week, once asking her to look through the mail for any letters addressed to him.

That's who lived with Tsarnaev? A Jew?

Todashev, who was in the United States legally after receiving asylum in 2008, had a reputation as a hothead and two weeks ago was arrested at gunpoint in Orlando and charged with a vicious assault that left the victim unconscious, with loose teeth and lying in a pool of blood.

Fighting was his passion: The 155-pound lightweight mixed martial arts combatant won his first professional fight last year with a combination of Russian Sambo martial arts techniques and a “guillotine” chokehold that subdued his opponent.

But a Russian news site quoted Todashev’s father, Abdulbaki, as saying he did not believe his son could have attacked law officers.

In a YouTube video sourced to RT.com, a news site that reports on global news from the Russian point of view, a speaker identified as Abdulbaki Todashev says that Ibragim also could not have been involved in the Marathon bombings because he was in the hospital, recuperating from knee surgery. “If he is not provoked, he is very calm and would never attack anyone,” he said in Russian.

Todashev is not considered a suspect in the Marathon bombings.

The Waltham slayings, carried out on the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks — Sept. 11, 2011 — became a key focus for investigators, raising the possibility that Tsarnaev had turned to killing a year and a half before the Marathon bombings and opening the possibility that the attack could have been prevented if the case had been solved.

The slayings were shocking for their brutality and for the desecration of the corpses: The victims’ throats were slashed and the killers sprinkled marijuana over the bodies. Though some suspected the crime was drug-related, the perpetrator or perpetrators left behind thousands of dollars in cash.

Norman S. Zalkind, a veteran criminal defense attorney, said the bizarre nature of the triple homicide did not fit the pattern of most drug-related murders.

“In my experience, this is not the way it happens in drug deals,” Zalkind said. “It’s not this weird stuff. It’s shooting, and it’s over.”

It gets EVEN WEIRDER!

Instead, the brutal slaughter of three fit young men on a day fraught with symbolism to Islamic extremists has prompted families of the victims to contact prosecutors recently about the possibility that Tsarnaev was involved.

Yeah, except it turns out Muslims didn't do 9/11Israel and her helpers in various western governments and intelligence agencies did.

Tsarnaev, a championship amateur boxer, considered himself “best friends” with one of the victims, Brendan H. Mess, but he did not attend Mess’s funeral. In early 2012, Tsarnaev went to his native Russia for six months while, around the same time, Todashev relocated to Florida.

Since the bombings and the slaying of MIT police Officer Sean Collier three days later, the Middlesex district attorney’s office has begun investigating whether Tsarnaev and his younger brother and alleged coconspirator Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, in custody and facing a possible death penalty in the bombings, could have been involved in the homicides.

CNN reported late Tuesday that Todashev implicated Tamerlan Tsarnaev in the Waltham murders.

Law enforcement agencies are also investigating whether the handgun Tamerlan Tsarnaev allegedly used in the fatal shooting of Collier and in the frenzied shoot-out with police early the next morning was acquired from one of the three men killed in Waltham, according to several people with knowledge of the investigation who spoke with the Globe on condition of anonymity because the killer could still be at large.

???????

The federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives has been told by at least one person that Tsarnaev’s handgun may have come from the apartment on 12 Harding Ave. where the three men were killed, said one of the people who spoke to the Globe.

One of the three victims, Erik H. Weissman, may have resorted to selling guns because he had forfeited cash and a stash of drugs when his apartment in Roslindale was raided earlier in the year, said a second person who spoke with the Globe. “These guys looked pretty innocent, but they were pretty deep in it,” said one acquaintance of the victims who spoke to the Globe.

Okay, so NOT ONLY is there NO DEATH CERTIFICATE for him, but now we find he was RUNNING GUNS?

The shooting of Todashev in Florida Tuesday paralyzed the Windhover Condominiums, a set of two-story homes that surround a small pond. The complex sits just feet from the entrance of Universal Studios, down a quiet side street now captive to police barricades and television news vans.

FBI investigators have set up a white tent, surrounded by white and brown tarps, and evidence recovery teams have spent the day coming and going. Residents of the condo complex spent much of Tuesday outside as light rain trickled on a humid Orlando day.

“The guys at work aren’t going to believe this,” said one resident, as he pulled out of the complex around 6 p.m., wearing a Dominos Pizza uniform. “Never seen that guy before, but he lived two units away. Used to bum cigarettes off my wife.”

"Man slain in Marathon inquiry has record of outbursts" by Maria Sacchetti and Maria Cramer  |  Globe Staff, May 22, 2013

The FBI said Todashev’s impulsive temper led to his death....

Stunning development....

Conflicting versions of Todashev emerged in Massachusetts, where he lived for several years; in Florida, where he had recently set up residence; and in Russia, where his father described him to Russian media....

The two men had much in common....

David Leigh, spokesman for John Allan, owner of Allston’s Wai Kru gym, said Allan recalled Todashev as a “hothead,” but Todashev portrayed himself to the US government as someone who was living in fear.

Like Tsarnaev, Todashev won asylum in 2008 from the US government.

Translation; He was an intelligence agency asset.

Details of Todashev’s case were unavailable, but to win asylum a person must have suffered persecution — or fear it — for reasons outlined in federal law, such as political or religious affiliation.

Todashev came to America to study on a temporary visa, according to law enforcement officials. It is unclear when he moved to Massachusetts, or if he ever studied anywhere, but he was issued a state driver’s license in May 2009 and had four traffic violations, including the 2010 incident. The license expired in September, when he did not renew it.

Todashev’s 2010 arrest was not serious enough to get him deported. He admitted to sufficient facts for reckless driving and other charges, a plea that allowed him to avoid a conviction while admitting that there was enough evidence for a guilty finding. The charges were later dismissed, and he obtained a green card in February, clearing the way for him to apply for US citizenship.

This REALLY IS GETTING WEIRD!

But the episode left an impression on a 28-year-old Brighton man who was riding in his sister’s red Mazda that day in 2010 in Downtown Crossing when a gray van driven by Todashev chased them through a green light, passed them on Tremont Street and screeched to a halt, slamming into another car in the process....

Todashev debuted as a professional fighter in 2012, clinching his first bout with a chokehold — called a guillotine choke — against Bradford May in Tampa. In an interview, May recalled Todashev as “eerily” quiet: “He didn’t say a word to anybody, just kept to himself.”

It is unclear when Todashev moved to Florida. He obtained a driver’s license there in March 2012....

But Todashev’s martial arts training came into sharp focus this month in a fight over a parking space at the Orlando Premium Outlets mall, according to a report by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. On May 4, records show, Todashev and Lester Garcia were arguing over a parking space when, Todashev said, Garcia’s son “came at him swinging.”

Todashev said he defended himself to protect his knee. He had undergone surgery in March and owed $25,277, which he paid in full three days before the altercation, according to court records.

WHERE did that MONEY come from?

But sheriff’s Deputy Larry Clifton noted that Todashev left Garcia with a split upper lip, several teeth knocked out of place, and head injuries, then sped off in a white Mercedes-Benz with Georgia plates while the younger Garcia lay unconscious in a pool of blood....

"Bombs kill 4 in Russia’s restive Dagestan; Courthouse site of blast; about 35 are hospitalized" by Arsen Mollayev  |  Associated Press, May 21, 2013

MAKHACHKALA, Russia — Two bombs exploded outside a court building in Russia’s restive province of Dagestan on Monday, killing at least four people and wounding dozens of others, officials said.

The first bomb exploded in a parked car and the second went off in a trash bin about 15 minutes later after police had arrived on the scene in Makhachakala, the provincial capital, according to Interior Ministry spokesman Vyacheslav Gasanov.

He said the second blast, which was much more powerful, caused all the casualties and many of those killed and wounded were police. The federal Health Ministry in Moscow said 35 people were hospitalized.

A hallmark of Mossad and western intelligence agencies.

Investigators said it appeared that both explosions were set off by remote control.

A hallmark of Mossad and western intelligence agencies.

Deadly attacks on police and other officials occur almost daily in the province. Two separatist wars in Chechnya killed tens of thousands of people and spawned an Islamic insurgency that has engulfed the entire region, particularly neighboring Dagestan.

About 350 people, of which two-thirds were militants and one-third police officers, were killed in the fighting in 2012, according to the Caucasian Knot website. Summer is considered the most active season for the fighting.

FBI agents visited the region in May as part of the investigation into the two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings, Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who had lived in Makhachkala before immigrating to the United States.

The elder brother, Tamerlan, visited Dagestan and neighboring Chechnya for six months in 2012 and spoke about his intentions to join the rebels there before returning to the United States in July.

In a separate security matter Monday, Russia’s counterterrorism agency said its special forces killed two militants and detained a third believed to have been planning a terrorist act in Moscow.

A spokesman for the National Anti-Terrorist Committee, known as NAK, said on state television that the militants were Russian citizens who had received training along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border. They were not identified.

NEXT DAY UPDATES:

"Slain suspect had thought about missing FBI interview" by Wesley Lowery, David Filipov and Mark Arsenault  |  Globe Staff, May 23, 2013

ORLANDO — Last Sunday, FBI agents called Ibragim Todashev to schedule what they said would be their last interview about the Chechen native’s relationship with one of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects, said his friend, Khusen Taramov.

Todashev agreed to a Tuesday night interview, but only at his Orlando apartment, because he feared that if he went to an FBI office, he would never be let out, said his friend.

That sounds like crap, but....

As the 7:30 p.m. appointment approached, Todashev considered skipping the meeting. “He thought something bad was going to happen,” said Taramov. “He thought they were going to make up some charge and arrest him.”

Hours into that interview, Todashev was shot and killed by an FBI agent, after he allegedly attacked and injured the interrogator.

The Globe has reported that the fatal shooting occurred after the 27-year-old mixed martial arts fighter had implicated himself in an unsolved 2011 triple homicide in Waltham. Investigators now believe Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who was friendly with one of the Waltham victims, may also have played a role in the grisly slayings.

And, of course, neither one is in a position to contradict the government's claims. How convenient.

Taramov and Todashev’s estranged wife, Reni Manukyan, insisted Thursday that authorities never questioned them or Todashev, about the Waltham slayings before the night of the fatal encounter with the FBI.

The FBI declined to comment Thursday on the Orlando shooting, beyond saying that an FBI team from Washington continues to investigate what happened in the apartment.

Translation: cover-up underway.

Todashev’s violent death brought a shocking end to the FBI’s intense scrutiny of the former Allston and Cambridge man, which began within days after authorities identified Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, and his brother, Dzhokhar, 19, ethnic Chechens like Todashev and Taramov, as the alleged bombers who planted explosives near the finish line of the city’s historic race on April 15.

The terrorist attack killed three and wounded more than 260. The brothers are also suspects in the April 18 slaying of MIT police Officer Sean Collier in Cambridge....

Tamerlan Tsarnaev was killed after a shootout with police in Watertown during the early hours of April 19. Dzhokhar is in federal custody facing a possible death sentence and has been scheduled for a July 10 probable cause hearing in US District Court in Boston.

There is all your boiled-down, background bulls*** of a conventional narrative and myth.

On the day Todashev was interviewed in Florida for the final time by the FBI, he was preparing for a trip home to Russia, said his anguished father.

If true, and we have no reason to doubt it, then the LAST THING HE WOULD DO IS LUNGE at an AGENT with a KNIFE! More likely scenario is they wanted him to sign confession that would have kept him here, and he didn't wanna do it.

“He was supposed to be on a plane tomorrow, but he [was] told he had to meet with the FBI,” the father, Abdulbaki Todashev, said Thursday in an emotional telephone interview from Grozny, Russia, in which he clearly struggled to understand the events that led to his son’s death.

Wouldn't you be? Your son was just murdered by the United States government to further a lying narrative.

“My son is not capable of this,” he said, of Ibragim Todashev’s alleged attack on an armed agent. “He would never attack a police officer. He believed in justice, and perhaps this was his failing. He could not bear injustice.”

Asked how this trait might have affected his son’s reaction Wednesday, Todashev said, “If they came to your house at night and bullied you for eight hours, would you be able to keep calm? I think any person’s innate survival instinct would switch on.”

Todashev said that he has not been contacted by US authorities about his son’s death and that he found out about the fatal shooting from friends who saw the news on the Internet.

The father said his son never mentioned any connection to the unsolved Waltham murders, and he does not believe his son had anything to do with them or with the Marathon bombings.

“If they suspected him for something, why did they give him a green card?,” the father said. “There is a clear picture emerging that this is all fabricated. They killed my son, and then they made up a reason to explain it. If there’s an earthquake somewhere, they blame Chechens. If there’s a flood in Africa, they blame Chechens.”

Maybe not on those last two, but the rest looks right.

On Thursday, a quiet hush hung over the site of the shooting....

Moments later, two FBI agents emerged from the apartment and told reporters that the investigation at the scene was still active and it was unclear how much longer it would take.

As long as it takes for them to forget about it -- until needed for propaganda value and boiler-plate bulls***.

Ibragim Todashev arrived in the United States several years ago on a visa to study.

The House really has to kill that immigration bill, and not for this rea$on.

He was granted asylum, protection given to foreigners with a credible fear for their safety in their homelands because of religious, political, or other specific forms of persecution, the Globe has reported.

But, his father, who is a ranking official in the mayor’s office in Grozny, the capital of Chechnya, which is a region in Russia, said his son would not have been persecuted in Chechnya and he did not know why he would have been granted asylum....

Uh-oh. Then the kid was either an asset or contact, but not a terrorist. Not coming from the mayor's office.

Taramov said FBI agents first called Todashev, by some accounts a hothead, just days after Tamerlan Tsarnaev was killed, and they interviewed him daily by phone. The agents repeatedly grilled Todashev about when and how often he spoke to Tsarnaev, said Taramov.

Todashev’s estranged wife, Manukyan, said Thursday that the couple had met in Boston and married in 2010. First, they lived in Atlanta, near Manukyan’s family before moving to Florida sometime in 2011, she said.

The revelation that Tamerlan may have been involved in the Waltham killings has raised the possibility that the Marathon bombing could have been prevented if the triple homicide had been solved.

Middlesex District Attorney Marian T. Ryan issued a statement Thursday defending the pace of the investigation into the Waltham murders.

“While we can not discuss details pertaining to the investigation — including evidence, suspects or witnesses — this office and its law enforcement partners have conducted a thorough, far-reaching investigation beginning in 2011 when this horrific crime occurred,’’ Ryan said in the statement. “This investigation has not concluded and is by no means closed.”

The statement acknowledged that the FBI is now part of the investigatory team, which also includes prosecutors and Waltham and State Police.

Ryan said her office would not discuss the investigation with the public.

Todashev’s body will be shipped back to family in Russia, which is expected to cost the family about $10,000, said his friend.

Deja vu.

Tearful yet focused on the task at hand, Manukyan prepared Thursday to identify the body....

Even after the body is buried, Taramov’s life will not be returning to normal. He said he quit his job at a pizzeria.

“My boss called me and said: Don’t show up here, it’s too dangerous,” Taramov said in disgust.

“Not even a ‘I’m sorry for your loss.’ Nothing.”

Another collateral casualty of the lies needed to service the agenda.

Time to light up, readers:

"Stark overtones in ’11 Waltham killings" by Michael Rezendes and Bob Hohler  |  Globe Staff, May 24, 2013

On a Sunday afternoon in summer 2010, Brendan H. Mess, a close friend of Tamerlan Tsarnaev and a specialist in mixed martial arts, was walking along a Cambridge street when he came face to face with a police officer. The patrolman was investigating a complaint that Mess, then 24, had attacked a group of people near Inman Square, breaking one man’s nose and leaving another with a bloody mouth.

Rather than cooperate, Mess began yelling at the officer, at one point saying, “I can knock you out if I wanted to,” according to the officer’s report. Soon, three additional officers arrived, and Mess was hit with a chemical spray, wrestled to the ground, and handcuffed.

Even then, police said, Mess continued threatening the officers.

A year later, Mess was dead, his throat slashed in a grisly triple homicide in Waltham on Sept. 11, 2011, that was widely assumed to be a drug deal gone bad and all but forgotten. But 18 months later it has burst again into the public eye, an international incident with links to the alleged Boston Marathon bombers, a man shot this week in Orlando, Fla., and a world of extreme violence they inhabited.

“This is an ongoing investigation, and clearly there are some very dangerous people involved in this whole series of crimes,” Boston Police Commissioner Edward F. Davis said Thursday.

Authorities now say bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev may have helped kill the three men, along with Ibragim Todashev, who was shot by an FBI agent after he allegedly lunged at the agent with a blade during an interview in Orlando.

“The Orlando questioning was focused on what happened in Waltham,” Davis said.

What happened in that apartment, Ed?

Little has been publicly known of the three men who were discovered in Mess’s apartment, where they had gathered to watch a football game. Investigators said they appeared to have been ambushed, their throats slashed and marijuana covering them.

Killed with Mess were Erik H. Weissman, 31, and Raphael M. Teken, 37.

Except there was no death certificate for Weissman. Read on.

All three were familiar to police. Teken, who attended Brookline High School and Brandeis University and whose father, Avi Teken, is the spiritual leader of a Jewish congregation in Newton, had received six months of pretrial probation in 2005 after he was charged with assaulting a woman and maliciously damaging property.

Hmmmmm. Radical Islamists fraternizing with you-know-whose? I think we just stumbled upon a Mossad cell, folks, the same that lived next to and followed around the alleged 9/11 hijackers.

Weissman, who, like Mess and Tsarnaev, attended Cambridge Ringe & Latin School, had run into deeper legal trouble. According to court records reviewed by the Globe, on Jan. 17, 2011, Boston police searched Weissman’s Roslindale apartment and seized more than $21,000 in cash, along with drug paraphernalia and a wide assortment of drugs, including marijuana, hashish, cocaine, and Oxycontin.

It was the undead Jew that was the drug dealer?

Weissman was also charged in 2008 with drug possession with intent to distribute after Boston police stopped him for traffic violations in Allston and found marijuana in his car.

Weissman’s lawyer, Norman S. Zalkind, said Weissman was not attempting to negotiate a plea deal by informing on other criminal suspects, which would virtually eliminate the possibility that the three men were killed as an act of retribution by a drug supplier who may have been involved with Weissman.

“We were working out a very positive situation for Erik; he had a very good case,” Zalkind said, adding that Weissman was challenging the legality of the warrant used to search his apartment. “He wasn’t afraid of any significant problem.”

Looks like things worked out for him. He either walked away or did the murders.

Friends and relatives of the victims said the apartment was rented by Mess and that Weissman, after having his cash and drugs seized by the police, was staying there temporarily. Teken also lived in Waltham.

It has always been clear, authorities say, that those who committed the killings were strong and skilled combatants.

I hate to say it, but an intelligence agency hit team fits the bill.

On their death certificates, Mess is listed as a martial arts instructor and Teken as a personal trainer. Yet the three men were overpowered and killed without a shot being fired.

Perhaps they were drugged by the undead roommate?

Mess once challenged a person who tried to rob him at gunpoint in Cambridge, said a friend who witnessed the incident. Though the gun turned out to be fake, the friend said, Mess approached his assailant and said, “Pull the trigger. Do what you have to do.”

“Brendan was nobody to mess with,” the friend said. “He wouldn’t lay down and get his throat cut.’’

The Globe reported last month that friends and relatives of the victims began suspecting Tsarnaev of the homicides for a variety of reasons, including a change in behavior after the slayings. The killings also occurred on a date of great significance to jihadists.

Initially, neighbors of the victims said they were told by police that the killings were probably drug related. But some family members disagreed, as did Zalkind.

“With a drug killing, people come over and – bang, bang – it’s over,” Zalkind said. “They want to get out of there as fast as they can.”

It remains unclear whether authorities investigated Tsarnaev in connection with the killings before friends and family of the victims began calling Waltham police and federal authorities last month to report a possible link, after Tsarnaev and his brother, Dzhokhar, were publicly identified as the suspected Marathon bombers.

But there is no question about Tsarnaev’s ties to Mess, who had recently moved to Waltham from Cambridge at the urging of Mess’s girlfriend, Hibatalla Eltilib, according to friends and relatives of the victims who spoke with the Globe. Mess and Tsaernaev had grown close as neighbors near Inman Square, sharing a love of fighting, as well as hip-hop music.

Radical Islamists like hip-hop?

Newly named Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan on Thursday said she would have no comment on any aspect of the investigation. But friends and relatives of the victims, in hindsight, said police should have examined the relationship between Eltilib, a native of Sudan, and Tsarnaev.

Although friends knew Tsarnaev to be Muslim, they did not consider him to be an extremist.

The story is so falling apart.

Eltilib, by contrast, was outspoken about her Islamic beliefs and disdain for many American values, friends said.

“She and Tam got really close and became friends,’’ said a friend of Mess, Tsarnaev, and Eltilib. “This was closer to Brendan’s death. They would share stories of their distaste for American culture. She was extremely aggressive and violent and had this radical way of thinking.’’

All the friends and relatives of the victims who spoke with the Globe asked for anonymity due to fear of retribution from a killer who might still be at large.

I think so, although who knows what name he is under now.

Eltilib has since returned to Sudan. Repeated attempts to reach her in recent weeks were unsuccessful. It is unclear when she left the Greater Boston area, but her departure mirrors those of Tsarnaev and Todashev, each of whom also left the area following the triple homicide. Tsarnaev visited Russia for six months last year, and Todashev moved to Florida.

Think she was involved?

Only in retrospect did Tsarnaev’s behavior after the killings become suspicious to friends and family of the victims. They say he was absent from Mess’s wake a week after the slayings. Friends also wondered why he was absent again the next day when hundreds of Mess’s friends and relatives gathered for a memorial service at Ryle’s Jazz Club in Inman Square, near Tsarnaev’s home.

Several friends said he also behaved strangely during encounters in the weeks after. No longer humorous and engaging, they said, he was aloof, and one longtime acquaintance said Tsarnaev suddenly acted as if he did not know him.
